Bloody Sally

The Yellow Sally is a great fly, in both warm and cold water alike.  About five years ago I tied a spoon wing variation that has become a go-to fly for me for bass and calico’s; The Bloody Sally. Try the big spoon wings on a fast, full sinking line. I like to think of them as crank baits for the fly fisherman. If you get this fly down to where the bass dwell, I think you’ll be delighted with the results!
